Robert Morris Jr
General Manager
Robert Morris our General Manager is a pharmacist with over 35 yrs. of experience, armed with an honors degree in Business he has worked in the Pharmaceutical Sales Industry for several years. Robert has held executive positions in The Barbados Pharmaceutical Society most recently Snr Vice President. He also has experience in Retail Management having managed Massy Pharmacies (Formerly Knights) Massy Distribution (Formerly SBI) and Lasco Barbados Ltd. Robert is a stickler for good customer service and uses his positive attitude and boundless energy to encourage others to work together to achieve the organizational goals. Robert is inspired daily by his wife, son and daughter. He is also a Senior Officer in the Barbados Defence Force, and has a passion for Soccer (Chelsea), Rugby and marksmanship.
Samantha Daniel
Financial Controller
Samantha Daniel started her career at Armstrong Healthcare Inc. as Accounts Manager in 2013 and has since been promoted to Financial Controller at Armstrong Agencies Limited and Armstrong Healthcare Inc. in 2019. Ms. Daniel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. She has over 15 years’ experience in the accounting field, including planning and coordinating the financial objectives of the companies.
Sharon Bayley-Forde
Customer Service Manager
Sharon Bayley-Forde has over 20 years’ experience in the field with a proven aptitude in developing the team focused on meeting our customers’ needs in person, on island and overseas. Sharon is an ardent customer service practitioner, devoted to ensuring that everyone touched by Armstrong Health Care Inc. feels this company’s commitment to their best well-being. She brings excellence to every customer-facing encounter and is intent on taking the company’s level of service into the future.
Crystal Barker
Supply Chain Manager
Crystal Barker joined Armstrong Health Care Inc. in 2013, bringing over 8 years of committed expertise in Supply Chain Management and a passion for establishing meaningful connections within the sector. Crystal has included streamlining procurement processes as well as having a sharp eye for detail to ensure smooth operations. She has an Executive Diploma in Procurement, which enables her to develop new solutions that increase efficiency, lower costs, and foster collaborative connections among varied stakeholders.
Peter Wiggins
Warehouse Manager
Peter Wiggins joined the company in 2020 as a specialized warehouse professional, bringing over 30 years of experience in warehouse logistics and distribution jobs while addressing the needs of customers in the retail and service industries. He excels in reducing losses and optimizing labor management tactics to improve operational success. A problem solver with strong planning and communication abilities, as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and Practical Supervisory Management. Peter's hobbies include off-roading and shooting.
Charmaine Dumont
Hospital Equipment & Supplies (HES) Sales Manager
Charmaine Dumont joined Armstrong Health Care Inc. in 2022 as the Medical Equipment and Supplies Manager. Charmaine is a pharmacist by profession, but also has over 15 years of extensive experience in the medical equipment and supplies industry including 6 years of managing an ambulatory care centre. In her spare time, Charmaine enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new culinary experiences.
Randy Chase
Pharmaceuticals Sales Manager
Randy Chase is a Sales and Business Development professional with 16 years of experience and talent in forming fruitful alliances. Randy has been with Armstrong Health Care Inc. since 2014 working his way up from Medical Rep to Sales Coordinator to Sales Manager and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and in Biology. Armstrong Health Care Inc. maintains a special place in his heart, having worked at both Armstrong Agencies and Lasco Barbados in the past. As a manager, one of his primary goals has been to provide opportunity for people to grow and improve.
