Chief Executive Officer
Christopher Lambert has worked as a management professional with over 18 years progressive experience in the Distribution sector. During his journey he has proven the ability to quickly understand complex concepts, identify and solve problems, turn ideas into strategies, and implement systems that optimize productivity, create efficiencies and increase bottom line. Whilst he is proud of his track record in new business development, marketing, P&L and Key Account Management; he is mainly proud of his continued focus on employee development and growth.
Sharon Bayley-Forde
Customer Service Manager
Sharon Bayley-Forde has over 20 years’ experience in the field with a proven aptitude in developing the team focused on meeting our customers’ needs in person, on island and overseas. Sharon is an ardent customer service practitioner, devoted to ensuring that everyone touched by Armstrong Health Care Inc. feels this company’s commitment to their best well-being. She brings excellence to every customer-facing encounter and is intent on taking the company’s level of service into the future.

Supply Chain Manager
Crystal Barker joined Armstrong Health Care Inc. in 2013, bringing over 8 years of committed expertise in Supply Chain Management and a passion for establishing meaningful connections within the sector. Crystal has included streamlining procurement processes as well as having a sharp eye for detail to ensure smooth operations. She has an Executive Diploma in Procurement, which enables her to develop new solutions that increase efficiency, lower costs, and foster collaborative connections among varied stakeholders.
Peter Wiggins
Warehouse Manager
Peter Wiggins joined the company in 2020 as a specialized warehouse professional, bringing over 30 years of experience in warehouse logistics and distribution jobs while addressing the needs of customers in the retail and service industries. He excels in reducing losses and optimizing labor management tactics to improve operational success. A problem solver with strong planning and communication abilities, as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and Practical Supervisory Management. Peter's hobbies include off-roading and shooting.
Kara-Lea Angoy-Barker
Hospital Equipment & Supplies (HES) Manager
Kara-Lea Angoy-Barker is our Hospital Equipment and Supplies Manager. She holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and an M.Sc. in Forensic Science and over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her career began as a Medical Sales Representative in 2013, advancing over time to Business Unit Head for Medical Equipment and Supplies. Driven by a deep passion for healthcare and a strong commitment to optimizing patient care, Kara-Lea continuously seeks innovative ideas and effective solutions as she develops and executes strategic sales and marketing plans, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and customers - leading her division's growth and success. Kara-Lea enjoys quality time with her family and loves to travel to new destinations and unwind with close friends.
